Why have normal mash when you can make it dirty!! This signature Mike Robinson mash dish is extremely indulgent and very tasty with rich flavours.

This is a dish you don’t imaging being that great but it is!! A family favourite especially in the summer and great for parties!

A simple and delicious roast using one of the best cuts of meat, vary your sides, simple and staple.

Very simple, delicious using cuts of meat such as neck, shanks and shoulders, just be adventurous.

An amazing and delicious base to many recipes or just serve with salad and crusty bread for a simple, rustic yet superb meal.

A great party dish that is simple to cook but can feed many hungry mouths. You can substitute the polenta for mash and the whole butterflied haunch can be cooked on the BBQ as well.

A truly yummy dish and one that I didn’t think I would like. Use whole Roe shoulders or half/whole Fallow Shoulders. The meat is soft, sticky and delicious and well worth the effort.

Serve with fries, salad, veg… always a good one.

Great with Pasta, polenta or on its own.

Worth the effort, if not a bit naughty.
