Venison Kofta Kebabs
Variety is the “spice” of life!!! We were thinking of some fun offerings for the summer and this one is just delicious…..super easy to cook whether grill, fry or BBQ and really flexible to serve. Serve simply with roasted summer veg, create a lovely wrap or pitta for lunch or break up into a salad….
Our Kofta are 100% venison meat mixed with a Persian Spice mint mix which has a lovely summer spice. There are 4 kebabs in a pack and we vacuum seal them prior to freezing to ensure amazing freshness when defrosted.
