The Tenderloin or fillet is regarded as the softest and most tender venison cut, dense tender meat which can grilled, fried, bbq’d or cooked over open flames. The equivalent on a beef animal is the fillet however on a deer they are very small, so cooking time needs to be minimal as they will overcook.

Tenderloin fillets are available from our Muntjac, Roe and Fallow deer. Tenderloins are packed in 2’s for the larger species and 4 for the small species and is priced from £40.00 / KG
