Our pork comes from Cameron at West End Farm in Devizes. If you've ever bought fresh pork cuts from Westin Gourmet, chances are you've already tasted the quality of Cameron's pigs.

Cameron is passionate about high welfare farming. His pigs are RSPCA Assured, and he's also a recipient of the prestigious Compassion in World Farming Good Pig Award – recognition given to farmers who go above and beyond for animal welfare.

Once the pigs arrive at DeerBox, we hang them for four days to allow the meat to mature and develop flavour before breaking them down into primal cuts. We set aside the best cuts for our bacon programme, with the remaining trim used in our popular sausages.

After taking a few pork chops home ourselves and throwing them on the BBQ, we quickly realised they were too good not to share. Juicy, full of flavour and with just the right amount of fat, they're exactly what you want cooking over hot coals on a summer's evening.
