Our whole Wild Venison rump is beautifully trimmed and nothing but a large piece of tender, lean fat free meat. We love to roast it and then serve pick either slicing thin or thick and serving with a lovely peppercorn sauce, mash or chips with some simple veg. A whole fallow rump will serve 4 - 6 people.
