Wild Venison & Pork Supreme Chipolatas
Perfect for Christmas or a Sunday Roast.
Using all three species of wild venison and we only use our premium mince (50%) and we add some outdoor bred pork (50%) for making sausages. We add just the right amount of herbs and plain supreme seasoning and binding agent just to make them a fantastic sausage, slightly milder in flavour than our Cumberland sausage.
We use natural casings and gluten free rusks to bind the sausage mix together. Sausages are packed in 6’s and weigh approx. 360g- 8 Chipolatas
