
Wild Venison Cumberland Sausage
Using all three species of wild venison and we only use our premium mince (75%) and we add some outdoor bred pork (25%) for making sausages. We add just the right amount of herbs and seasoning and binding agent just to make them a fantastic sausage which can be eaten on their own to make a fantastic toad in the hole…..
We use natural casings and gluten free rusks to bind the sausage mix together. Sausages are packed in 6’s and weigh approx. 400g -500g so the sausages are a really chunky size
