Wild Venison Pave Steaks

Fallow Pave Steaks are Taken from the haunch / back leg and are very tender and lean. Simply season and then grill, fry, bbq or if your feeling adventurous cook over a wood fire for a couple of minutes each side before resting. Pave are best served pink.

Pave steaks are offered in Fallow and Roe (Muntjac or offered as whole cuts only) and are priced @ £25.00 / KG (sold in packs of approx 450 grams and normally 3-4 steaks per pack)
