Wild Venison Mince

Our Premium Mince uses only lean meat so is excellent for making meatballs, burgers, sausages. Our mince is made using all three species of deer that are harvested.

Its also makes the best spaghetti bolognaise, lasagne and cottage pie. Use this mince as you would beef, lamb, pork or chicken….its ultra lean and flavoursome and is probably the most healthy mince you can eat. Its packaged so fresh you can even prepare venison tartar….
