Chops are essentially the same meat as the loin, extremely tender and flavoursome but keeping the bone in can add that bit of extra flavour and moisture especially when cooking on the barbecue.
Our Barnsley chops are generously cut 1” thick in packs of 2, the size of the pack will vary depending on the species and the weight of the animal when harvested.
