Wild Diced Venison
Our wild dice venison is mixed with the three species of deer that we harvest throughout the season. We do however grade it into two options:
Premium diced which is suitable for kebabs and dishes requiring more tender cuts, we remove the majority of sinew and only use from the tender cuts @ £22.50 / KG (sold in 500 gram packs)
Casserole diced which is taken from the neck, shoulder etc which is ideal for pies and stews @ £15.00 / KG (sold in 500 gram packs)
