Wild Diced Venison

Our wild dice venison is mixed with the three species of deer that we harvest throughout the season. We do however grade it into two options:

1. Premium diced which is suitable for kebabs and dishes requiring more tender cuts, we remove the majority of sinew and only use from the tender cuts @ £15.00 / KG (sold in 500 gram packs)

2. Casserole diced which is taken from the neck, shoulder etc which is ideal for pies and stews @ £12.00 / KG (sold in 500 gram packs)

3. Premium Chinese Water Deer diced which is suitable for kebabs and dishes requiring more tender cuts, we remove the majority of sinew and only use from the tender cuts @ £18.00 / KG (sold in 500 gram packs)
