All our burgers are gluten free and made using only premium ingredients. Our burgers are a good size each one weighing around 175 - 185 grams (6 ounces!!!) and are packed in 2’s so the average pack weigh is around 350 - 385 grams. We offer several burgers recipe’s to cater for different needs and tastes.

Our wild venison burger is the same recipe we have offered since the start and is a very simple recipe containing venison mince (90%) and then we add some 28 day aged air dried beef (10%), a little salt, pepper and some pea starch to give you a fantastic every day burger.

Our Hand Pressed 100% Wild venison burger is the same recipe except it only contains venison mince (100%) , a little salt, pepper and some pea starch. We then hand press this burger to give a lighter more open / soft texture.
