Muntjac, Roe and Fallow whole carcass are available throughout the year (when in season). Priced at £9.50 per KG and includes special packaging for next day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THE PRICES BELOW ARE DEPOSIT TO BE PLACED AT POINT OF ORDER. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR THE BALANCE WHEN WE HAVE THE WEIGHT OF THE DEER.
Available to order fresh (please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery) - Once you place your order, we will confirm a delivery date within 7 days, if we anticipate a problem when your order is placed we will contact you immediately. At point of order you pay a deposit, please specify if you have a preference to the weight of the carcass. Upon selecting your carcass we will weigh the carcass and contact you to take the balance payment and to arrange a convenient day for delivery. The carcass will delivered fresh in insulation and wrapped in ice packs.
They are also fantastic for summer party cooking when wow factor is what you are looking for…..cook whole on a spit or ‘ASADO’ style for the ultimate summer healthy eating. We say a whole Roe carcass will feed 18 - 25 people depending on size.
***IMPORTANT NOTE*** FALLOW DEER WILL NOT BE SENT OUT WHOLE BUT BROKEN DOWN INTO THEIR PRIMAL PARTS (HAUNCHES, SHORT SADDLE, RACK, NECK AND SHOULDERS)
