Venison Osso Buco

The ‘Osso Buco’ cut is taken from the shank of the haunch on Veal Calves but as we know…..Venison can do it as well if not better!!!! We take our Osso Buco cuts from the larger deer species only and so principally use fallow deer for this.

Packed in three’s the average weight of a pack is 500-550g and £15/KG.
