Venison and Pork Supreme - using all three species of wild venison and we only use our premium mince (50%) and we add some outdoor bred pork (50%) for making sausages. We add just the right amount of herbs and plain supreme seasoning and binding agent just to make them a fantastic sausage, slightly milder in flavour than our Cumberland sausage.
